CM Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“CMAM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Vered Financial, provides comprehensive asset management services to corporate clients, institutional clients and high net worth clients. A series of products including fixed-income funds, project funds and blind pool funds with a size of approximately USD 700,000,000 are issued and managed by CMAM. CMAM also provides investment advice on funds and investment portfolios managed by other institutional investors.

CMAM is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong to conduct Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities in Hong Kong.  Rooted in Hong Kong with a global vision, CMAM strives to become an outstanding Chinese asset management company in Hong Kong by leveraging years of investment experience, stringent investment discipline, professional research platform and extensive cooperation network, and adhering to its customer-oriented service philosophy.

Major Products and Services

The current asset management size is approximately USD 700,000,000, and major issued products include:

- CMAM Greater China Selected Fixed Income SP (中民資管大中華精選固定收益基金), which was issued in 2019 with an investment scope mainly in USD bonds issued by Chinese real estate enterprises, with a yield of over 10% since issuance;

- China Vered Greater China Steady Growth Fund SP (大中華穩健增長系列基金), which was issued in 2020 with investment focus on USD bonds issued by Chinese real estate enterprises, city investment companies, financial institutions and conglomerate groups;

- A fund established by cooperation with a well-known financial institution, which will be issued in the fourth quarter of 2020, with investment focus on stocks and USD bonds issued by Chinese real estate enterprises and financial institutions.
