JBC Holdings Limited (JBC Holdings株式會社) ("JBC Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Vered Financial Holding Corporation Limited in Japan, was established at the end of 2019. It acts as the strategic planning and execution department of the Group and various business segments to carry out the businesses in Japan, two-way business between Mainland China-Japan/Hong Kong-Japan and multi-way business across Mainland China, Hong Kong and Japan. It commits to promoting the optimization of asset and fund allocation between those three places and builds a bridge to integrate capital in Mainland China, Japan and Hong Kong.

Products and Services

In March 2020, China Vered Financial established the first partnership fund, namely JBC1 Fund (JBC1號基金) (Japanese name: JBC1号ファンド), in Japan. It acts as the main bridge for investment business in Japan and is mainly invested in equity, bonds, notes and convertible bonds of Japanese enterprises with technological advantages and leading positions in the industry. The fund size is JPY 4,000,000,000.
