1) Private Equity Investment

We provide customized private financing solutions to our clients, including assisting clients in setting up key financing terms, designing transaction structures, forming syndicates and coordinating with relevant intermediaries.

2) Structured Financing

We provide financing products including asset-based financing, pre-listing financing, privatisation financing, leveraged buyout, bridge loan, merger and acquisition financing, convertible bonds, high-yield private bonds, senior tranche or junior tranche of mezzanine funds.

Team Profile

We own a professional, sensitive and efficient investment team with team members who have years of work experience in well-known investment institutions, major commercial banks and foreign investment banks. Our team members have in-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign market rules, and are capable to capture various investment opportunities and design transaction structures. Our team members also have extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment and financing, corporate restructuring, listing and privatization.

Milestone Events:

- In 2020, we cooperated with a Chinese securities firm in Hong Kong to launch a RQFLP cross-border fund with a size of RMB 4,000,000,000;

- In 2020, as the joint lead arranger and investor, we provided structured finance to three of the top 30 real estate enterprises in China;

- In 2020, as the joint lead arranger and one of the syndicates, we provided a merger and acquisition loan to a leading energy transportation company in Kazakhstan;

- In 2019, as the joint lead arranger and one of the syndicates, we provided a merger and acquisition loan to a top lifestyle convenience supermarket chain enterprise in the China;

- In 2019, we provided a cross-border short-term bridge loan to a company listed on the Main Board in Hong Kong;

- In 2019, as the joint lead arranger and one of the syndicates, we provided project finance to one of the largest real estate development companies in China;

- In 2018, as the lead investor, we invested in the Series E financing of eToro, an innovative internet investment platform in Israel;

- In 2016, as the joint arranger and investor, we participated in the privatization of Wanda Commercial Properties.
