CVS is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission to conduct Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 2 (dealing in futures contracts), Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities in Hong Kong.

Major Services

As a member of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, CVS mainly provides the following services to both domestic and foreign institutional clients, funds and high net worth clients.

1) Brokerage Business

CVS provides one-stop and diversified securities and futures brokerage business, which includes stocks listed on SEHK, ordinary stocks trading through Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, and products listed on Stock Exchange such as trusts, funds, callable bull/bear contracts, warrants and futures. The Company will continuously upgrade its system infrastructure, focus on customers’ needs and raise the quality of services to fully enhance customer experience.

2) Margin Financing Business

CVS provides precise and customized margin financing solutions to high net worth individuals and professionals with extensive investment experience by conducting comprehensive analysis of the market value, volatility and fundamental factors of the target stock, so as to offer competitive financing ratios and preferential interest rates to assist our clients in addressing their financing needs and increase their investment returns.

3) Stock-pledged Financing Business

CVS aims to provide flexible and all-round financing solutions to corporate clients, high net worth individuals and professional investors by offering loan financing through share pledges.
